SPORT TEAM
One of the oldest football clubs in this region.
It was founded in 1924, when railway workers wanted to establish their own club, and for name was not difficult to choose because of the work they were dealing with. For the color of the jersey, they took the blue color which they held up to this day. Two years later, Borac was founded, and BSK was founded in 1932.
Until the 1970s, club was second power club in Banja Luka behind Borac, but then his stagnation began, and he mostly competed in the Krajina Zone League without any special success. Despite the fact that he did not have special success, he was always a club that gathered good players, many of whom later made successful career.

FUSION WITH OFK SPORT TEAMŽELJEZNIČAR SPORT TEAM
New name for new ventures!
The current “Željezničar- Sport Team” club was formed in 2014 when the cooperation between the club from the suburbs and the school of football from the urban settlemend named Starčevica / Rebrovac was agreed.
Interesting is that, in the 2014/15 season, “blue” played in the lowest ranking of the competition, the Banja Luka District League, but three consecutive titles in the fourth (regional), third (regional) and second division allowed the Željezničar to place in the highest ranking football of Srpska.
A special swing club got in mid-March 2015 when the Zeljeznicar stadium was renovated on which the artificial grass was installed. What is especially interesting is that most of the players are made up of the guys who have passed a good part of the Sport Team selection and debuted in the senior competition. The management has decided to form a team exclusively from domestic forces and only if is big need to engage a player from the side if is his position a deficient.
Sport Team Football School started its work on September 8, 2007 and quickly gathered a large number of students’ children. Due to the good location of the sports balloon with artificial grass, which is located at Rebrovački most in Banja Luka, but also with dedicated work, the team is very quickly dispersed, so Sport Tim works with 14 selections in different age categories. At each training two coaches are present in the field. In addition to the boys, there is a big interest of a girl and the club currently has about 400 participants.
New members can sign up every day and immediately start training.
